四川马边-金阳地区磷精矿盐酸分解制备磷酸氢钙试验研究

摘　　要：四川马边-金阳地区磷精矿,采用盐酸分解得到分解液;将盐酸分解液以氯化钠除氟,再深度除氟、除铀获得净化液。将净化液与石灰乳在适当的条件下反应,过滤、洗涤、烘干即得饲料级磷酸氢钙产品。盐酸分解液经除杂、制备磷酸氢钙,得到了铀含量较低的产品;在本试验条件下深度除氟时带失的P_(2)O_(5)较少,进入饲料级磷酸氢钙产品中的P_(2)O_(5)达95%,分解液中的P_(2)O_(5)得到了有效利用。The liquid was obtained by hydrochloric acid decomposition of phosphate concentrate in Mabian-Jinyang area of Sichuan.The hydrochloric acid decomposition liquid was defluorinated with sodium chloride,and then fluorine and uranium were deeply removed to obtain a purified liquid.The purified liquid and lime milk were reacted under appropriate conditions,filtered,washed,and dried to obtain feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate products.After removing impurities from the hydrochloric acid decomposition solution,a calcium hydrogen phosphate product with low uranium content was obtained.There was less P_(2)O_(5) lost during deep fluorine removal,and P_(2)O_(5) entering the feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate product reached 95%.P_(2)O_(5) in the decomposition liquid was effectively used.
