摘  要:针对某白炭黑工业园区产生废水的特点,本实验采用不同混凝剂(PAC、CaO、FeSO_(4)、硫酸铁、硫酸铝),分别与阴、阳离子型PAM组合开展磁混凝试验,五种混凝药剂加入量设定为100 mg/L,PAM加入量为2 mg/L,磁粉加入量为300 mg/L的Fe_(3)O_(4)粉末,处理水量10 L。实验结果表明,硫酸铝结合阴离子型PAM对白炭黑废水中SS和TP的去除效果最好,分别能达到92%和90%以上。According to the characteristics of the wastewater produced in a silica industrial park,different coagulants(PAC,CaO,FeSO_(4),ferric sulfate,aluminum sulfate)were adoptedwith anion and cationic PAM for magnetic mixing in the coagulation test.The dosage ofcoagulation reagent addition amount was set to 100 mg/L,the amount of PAM was 2 mg/L,the content of magnetic powder was 300 mg/L Fe_(3)O_(4) powder,and the treated wastewater was 10 L.The experimental results showed that the removal effect of SS and TP in silica wastewater by aluminum sulfate combined with anionic PAM was the best,reaching more than 92%and 95%,respectively.
