摘  要:对气相色谱法测定板栗中五种有机磷农药(灭线磷、乐果、甲基对硫磷、杀螟硫磷和三唑磷)残留量的分析条件进行了优化。比较了三种提取剂(乙腈、二氯甲烷和丙酮)和三种提取方法(匀浆法、电动振荡法和过夜浸提法)对测定结果的影响。结果表明:用乙腈作提取剂,匀浆法提取,回收率更高,精密度更好。该方法应用于测定板栗中五种有机磷农药残留量有较好的精密度(RSD=1.49%~4.12%),检出限为0.005~0.02μg/mL,回收率为83.1%~91.5%。A method for the determination of five organophosphorus pesticide(ethoprophos,dimethoate,parathionmethyl,fenitrothion and triazophos)residues in Castanea mollissima(BL)was developed by gas chromatography.Three extractants(acetonitrile,dichloromethane and acetone)and three extraction methods(homogenization,electrostatics and overnight extraction)were compared.The results showed that the recovery rate was higher when the samples were extracted by acetonitrile and homogenization method.The method can be applied to the determination of five organophosphorus pesticide residues in Castanea mollissima.The developing method had good precision(RSD=1.49%~4.12%),and the detection limit was 0.005~0.02μg/mL,the recovery rate was 83.1%~91.5%.
