摘  要:搅拌效果和超声波强度是高品质HMX成功制备的关键工艺条件。本研究采用双层十字斜桨与底层推进桨的复合桨系结构,以及内设置超声棒设计方案,改进高品质HMX生产装置,物料温差达到1~2℃,同时釜内超声强度增大87%,确保了高品质HMX制备转晶工艺条件。并分别采用折光指数匹配光学显微镜法、密度梯度法等表征方法研究了高品质HMX的颗粒形貌、晶体缺陷、颗粒密度等晶体结构特征。The mixing effect and ultrasonic intensity are the key technological conditions for the successful preparation of high quality HMX.The compound structure of double-layer cross paddle and bottom propelling paddle and the design scheme of ultrasonic rod were adopted to improve the production device of high-quality HMX.The temperature difference of the material reached 1~2℃,and the ultrasonic intensity in the kettle increased by 87%,which ensured the process conditions for the preparation of high quality HMX.The crystal structure characteristics of HMX with high quality,such as particle morphology,crystal defect and particle density,were studied by refraction index matching optical microscopy and density gradient method.
