摘　　要：水浴式汽化器作为一种热交换的设备在低温液体汽化和空气设备中得到广泛应用。根据水浴式汽化器的工作原理及分类,以及现有水浴式汽化器存在的设计结构缺陷、换热管易泄露、维修困难、只能实现单种液体的汽化等缺点,本文论述了一种新型的具有U型换热管束结构的水浴式汽化器,该水浴式汽化器可以对不同类的液体进行汽化;即便当U型换热管出现泄露问题时,可将密封头及U型换热管从筒体上拆卸下来,从而方便检修,并且能够同时更换备用的U型换热管,从而达到不影响生产的目的。As a kind of heat exchange equipment,water-bath vaporizer is widely used in cryogenic liquid vaporization and air equipment.Based on the working principle and classification of water bath vaporizer,as well as the disadvantages of the existing water bath vaporizer,such as the defects of design structure,the leakage of heat exchange tube,the difficulty of maintenance,and the realization of single liquid vaporization,a new type of water bath vaporizer with U-type heat exchange tube bundle structure,which can vaporize different kinds of liquid,was discussed.Even if U-shaped heat exchange tube had leakage problem,the sealing head and U-shaped heat exchange tube can be removed from the cylinder to facilitate maintenance,and the spare U-shaped heat exchange tube can be replaced at the same time,which does not affect the production.
