摘 要:减压转油线作为煤制油项目油品加工装置的重要管系,其设计的好坏不仅关乎装置能否顺利投产,更关乎今后生产运营的成本。转油线操作条件苛刻、操作工况复杂,且一般转油线为多路操作。本文通过对某百万吨/年煤制油项目减压转油线的相关设备布置、管道布置、管道选材等方面总结了减压转油线的设计要点,既保证管系的柔性又尽量减少转油线的压降、温降,同时满足转油线多路管内介质均匀流动。Vacuum transfer line,as the important pipeline for oil processing plant of coal to liquid enterprise,has direct influence on the unit can smoothly put into production and future costs of manufacturing operations.The operating conditions of vacuum transfer line are harsh and complex.Generally,the vacuum transfer line is multiple pipes operation.Through introducingaspects of the equipment layout,piping layout and pipeline material selection,etc.,one coal to liquid enterprise with output capacity of million tons/year,the key points of vacuum transfer line designwere concluded.This not only ensured the flexibility of the pipeline,but also minimized the pressure drop and temperature drop of the vacuum transfer line,and at the same time,satisfied the uniform flow of the medium in the multiple pipes of the vacuum transfer line.
