摘 要:乳化炸药因其优良的性能成为工业炸药中的主导产品,乳化炸药是以硝酸铵、硝酸钠等氧化剂水溶液为内相,以复合燃料油为外相,通过乳化剂和剪切力作用下形成W/O型乳化胶体,再用气泡敏化而成的胶状炸药。敏化技术是决定产品性能的重要环节之一,敏化方式又分为化学敏化和物理敏化。本文主要研究珍珠岩物理敏化,通过试验研究不同珍珠岩加入量对乳化炸药性能的影响,判断适宜的珍珠岩添加比例,指导生产实践,得到性能稳定优质的乳化炸药。Emulsion explosive has become the leading product in industrial explosive because of its excellent performance.Emulsion explosive is a kind of colloidal explosive,which is sensitized by bubbles and formed by w/O emulsion colloid with ammonium nitrate,sodium nitrate and other oxidant aqueous solution as internal phase and composite fuel oil as external phase under the action of emulsifier and shear force.Sensitization technology is one of the important links to determine the performance of products.Sensitization methods are divided into chemical sensitization and physical sensitization.The physical sensitization of perlite and the influence of different amount of perlite on the performance of emulsion explosive through experiments were studied,the appropriate proportion of perlite was judged,the production practice was guided,and stable and high-quality emulsion explosive was obtained.
