摘  要:大颗粒TATB合成采用无水氨气法,将需要氨气参与合成反应。在此过程中,一旦出现控制不当、操作失误或设备故障等可能导致氨气泄漏,将会造成比较严重的事故。如何预防氨气泄漏将显得尤为重要,本文较详细地介绍了氨气的危险性、氨气泄漏的原因及控制措施等,从而增强了操作人员预防与应急处理氨气泄漏的能力,较大程度减少了氨气泄漏带来的安全隐患,为安全合成大颗粒TATB奠定了基础。Anhydrous ammonia is used to synthesize large particles of TATB,which requires ammonia to participate in the synthesis reaction.In this process,once improper control,operation error or equipment failure may lead to ammonia leakage,will cause more serious accident.How to prevent ammonia leakage is particularly important.The dangers of ammonia were introduced in detail,the causes of ammonia gas leakage and the control measures were introduced,thus enhancing the ability of operators to prevent and deal with ammonia gas leakage in emergency,largely reducing the safety hidden danger of ammonia leakage,which laid a foundation for the safe synthesis of large particle TATB.
