As an important carrier of national fitness, urban mass sports events and community sports activities are an important way to promote the construction of a strong sports nation in China.Using literature and logical analysis, based on symbiosis theory, the symbiotic unit, symbiosis mode, symbiosis environment and symbiosis interface of both are analyzed in four aspects to explore effective countermeasures to promote the symbiotic development of the two.The conclusions include the dilemma that the symbiotic elements of urban mass sports events and community sports activities have poor energy transmission among symbiotic units, such as government, social organizations, community managers and residents. The absence of symbiotic interfaces, such as social networks and events. The symbiotic environment, such as policy, economy and humanities are not completely positive. And the symbiotic mode of management by multiple governance subjects is not ideal. The optimization path is proposed to optimize symbiotic units and improve energy supply, enrich symbiotic interfaces and open up symbiotic channels, create a symbiotic environment to guide positive development, and build a symbiotic model to promote reciprocal symbiosis.
