重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合抗宫炎片治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合抗宫炎片治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法将164例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的患者随机分为对照组(n=81)和试验组(n=83)。两组均给予重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗,试验组同时服用抗宫炎片。比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、HPV-DNA转阴率和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的总有效率为89.16%,高于对照组的76.54%(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后阴道排液消失时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组,HPV-DNA转阴率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合抗宫炎片治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染临床效果好,可有效地促进宫颈病灶恢复,缩短症状改善时间,抑制病毒复制,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferonα2b(rhIFNα-2b)Vaginal Effervescent Tablets combined with Kanggongyan Tablets in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods Totally 164 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection were randomly divided into control group(n=81)and experimental group(n=83).Both groups were treated with rhIFNα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets,concurrently,the experimental group was orally administrated Kanggongyan Tablets.Clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,HPV-DNA clearance rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(89.16%vs 76.54%,P<0.05).By comparison with the control group,the experimental group yielded shorter durations for vaginal discharge disappearance and wound healing,and a higher HPV-DNA clearance rate(all P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The combined administration of rhIFNα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets and Kanggongyan Tablets exhibits a favorable clinical efficacy for chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection,which can effectively promote cervical lesion recovery,reduce duration for symptom improvement and inhibit virus replication,achieveing higher safety.
