国土空间规划下的南昌综合交通规划构思

摘　　要：在新型国土空间规划背景下,对综合交通规划带来了新的机遇和调整。目前南昌市处于空间转型期,需重新梳理交通规划与空间规划之间的传导方式与管控内容,探索城市综合交通发展新思路。通过明确新型国土空间规划下综合交通的变化和南昌市产业、生态、空间和人口发展趋势对综合交通的新要求,提出对外交通区域协作及网络化、骨干交通协调化、绿色交通主导化等规划理念,为未来城市综合交通的编制和管控提供参考。Under the background of the new land space planning,it brings new opportunities and adjustments to the comprehensive transportation planning.At present,Nanchang is in the period of spatial transformation,so it is necessary to recomb the transmission mode and control content between traffic planning and spatial planning to explore new ideas for urban comprehensive transportation development.By clarifying the changes of comprehensive transportation under the new land space planning and the new requirements of Nanchang's industry,ecology,space and population development trend for comprehensive transportation,this paper puts forward the planning concepts of external transportation regional cooperation and networking,backbone transportation coordination and green transportation leading,so as to provide reference for the preparation and control of future urban comprehensive transportation.
