摘 要:对快速泥沙化的高分解性凝灰岩的钻井防塌来说,成膜隔水是首要的防塌措施。本文在接近实际钻井的高压扰动条件下研究碱性可溶淀粉溶液和聚丙烯酰胺(阳离子)溶液对高分解性凝灰岩的防塌性能,对比了两种防塌剂的优缺点,并简析了防塌原理。结果表明:两种防塌成膜剂均具有很好的防塌效果,对凝灰岩表面有包被作用;聚丙烯酰胺溶液的成膜隔水能力极强并具有经济性,碱性可溶淀粉溶液在环保性、剪切流变性和流动阻力上具有相对优势。两种高分子成膜剂的防塌原理为:成膜包被隔水是主要因素,成膜剂控制了钻井液中的自由水和极大地增加了钻井液的粘度亦是重要原因。For the anti-collapse drilling of high-decomposable tuffs,film formation of anti-collapse is the primary anti-collapse measure. The anti-collapse performance of alkaline soluble starch solution and polyacrylamide( cationic) solution on high decomposed tuff was studied under the condition of high pressure disturbance close to the actual drilling,the advantages and disadvantages of the two anti-collapse agents were compared,and the principle was briefly analyzed. The results show that the two kinds of filmforming agents have good anti sloughing effect, and have coating effect on the surface of tuff;polyacrylamide solution has strong film-forming with water-proof ability and is economical;alkaline soluble starch solution has relative advantages in environmental protection and rheology and flow resistance. The anti-collapse principle of the two kinds of polymer film-forming agents is that the main factor is film-forming and water separation,it is also important that film-forming agent controls the free water in the drilling fluid and greatly increases the viscosity of the drilling fluid.
