摘  要:超宽桥面现浇混凝土铺装层平整度多采用驾驶式抹光机进行精平。针对精平工序中存在的抹光机行驶路径混乱、工作时间较难控制等问题,提出了面向全局路径规划的驾驶式抹光机遍历式行走路径,并基于水泥混凝土初凝、终凝时间,综合考虑运输、布料、整平等施工工序,明确了驾驶式抹光机允许工作时间,厘定了水泥混凝土适宜布料长度,推荐了工作段长度校验方法,从而为驾驶式抹光机工作方式提供科学指导,对保障超宽桥面现浇混凝土铺装层施工质量、提高施工效率具有一定意义。The planeness of cast-in-place concrete pavement of super-wide bridge deck is adjusted accurately by driving power trowel.In the process of planeness control,there are many problems,such as walking path confusion of trowel and controlling difficulty of working time.Based on global path planning,the ergodic walking path of driving power trowel was proposed.Based on the initial setting time and final setting time of cement concrete,construction processes such as transportation,distribution and leveling were considered comprehensively.The allowable working time of driving power trowel was defined.The suitable distribution length of cement concrete was determined.The verification method of working segment length was recommended.It provides scientific guidance for working mode of driving power trowel.And it is of great significance to ensure construction quality of cast-in-place concrete pavement of super-wide bridge deck and improve construction efficiency.
