摘　　要：随着社会经济形态由工业经济向服务经济的转型,人们的社会需求也逐渐从生理层面提升至情感层面。在公路交通方面人们不再满足于最基本的运输通行功能,而是对出行的愉悦性提出了更高的要求。挡土墙作为公路交通的重要组成部分,其对人们出行的视觉体验有着直接深刻的影响。以韩国釜山广域市伽倻道306号路挡土墙工程实践为例,对挡土墙环境艺术的设计理念、设计方法、施工过程进行分析,探讨如何利用沿线的生态资源和人文景观构建和谐共生的公路环境,塑造公路的文化品格和精神,力争在时代发展进程中,赋予公路建设以新的内容和意义。通过积极借鉴发达国家(地区)公共艺术的相关政策、法规等经验和实践,为我国公路建设的可持续发展提供借鉴和启示。Along with the social economic formation transforming from industrial economy to service economy,people’s social demand gradually is improved to emotional level from biological level.In the fields of highway traffic,people are not satisfied with the most basic function of transportation anymore,higher request is raised on pleasuring experience of travel.As a significant part of highway traffic,the retaining wall has direct and profound influence on people’s visual feeling of travel.In the paper,the retaining wall project of Road No.306,Gaya Road,Busan,South Korea is taken as the background,the design concept,design method and construction process of retaining wall environmental art are analyzed,and then how to build harmonious highway environment with ecological resources and cultural landscape along the highway,shape the cultural character and spirit of the highway are discussed,and try to give new content and significance to highway construction in the development of the times.The experience and practice about relevant policies and regulations of public art in developed countries are referred so as to provide reference and enlightenment for the sustainable development of highway construction in China.
