摘 要:上海市区苏州河浙江路桥为鱼腹式钢桁架桥,迄今已有百余年的历史。根据检测评定报告,需进行维修加固。设计单位以"修旧如旧"为原则提出了"整体移桥"的大修方案,结合交通需求和结构承载能力,加宽主桁间距,提升交通功能,主桁杆件大部分保留,对锈蚀严重的构件予以更换等。大修完成后对桥梁进行了荷载试验,测试桥梁的实际受力状况,检验桥梁大修设计、施工质量,验证结构安全性与大修的有效性。The Zhejiang Road Bridge of Suzhou River in Shanghai is a fish-bellied steel truss structure with a history of more than 100 years.According to the test and evaluation report,maintenance and reinforcement are needed.Based on the principle of"repairing the old as it is",the designer puts forward the major repair plan of"overall bridge moving".Combining with the traffic demand and structural bearing capacity,the main truss spacing is widened and the traffic function is improved.Most of the main truss members are retained,and the severely corroded members are replaced.After the completion of the major repair,the load test is carried out on the bridge to inspect the actual stress condition of the bridge,to check the major repair design and construction quality,so as to verify the structural safety and the effectiveness of the major repair.
