摘 要:道路交通安全设施的设置与驾驶员行车安全舒适性息息相关,如何合理有效地设置交通安全设施,对降低驾驶员行车安全风险至关重要。基于对交通安全设施设置原理和基本设置原则的分析,针对道路行车条件基本一致、分别依据中国和英国的交通安全设施相关设置规范的港珠澳大桥珠海口岸段与香港口岸段桥梁和隧道影响区域两个路段,进行对比分析,发现大陆段和香港段在交安设施设置方面存在一定差异。结果表明:对于交通标志,大陆段的版面图形和香港段的版面颜色设置更为合理,但香港段隧道入口前交通标志数量和版面信息过载;对于交通标线,大陆段隧道入口前设置的减速标线和红色路面铺装不符合交通安全需求和交通色彩要求;对于护栏,大陆段和香港段护栏连接处均未做过渡处理,存在交通运行风险。通过对比分析,提出了建议措施,为我国交通安全设施设计的合理性和精细化提供借鉴。The setting of road traffic safety facilities is closely related to safety and comfortness of driving.Effective and rational setting of safety facilities is crucial to reduce traffic accidents and risk of drivers.Based on the analysis of theories and setting principles,the setting of traffic safety facilities for two sections of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the mainland and the Hong Kong side section,are compared.In these two sections,the road conditions are same but the road traffic safety facilities are designed according to the Chinese specifications and British Standard respectively.After comparisons and analysis,it is found that there are some difference on the setting of safety facilities between mainland section and Hong Kong section.The results show that:for traffic signs,the layout graphics of the mainland section and the layout color settings of the Hong Kong section are more reasonable,but the number of traffic signs and layout information in front of the tunnel entrance of the Hong Kong section are overloaded;for traffic markings,the deceleration markings and the red pavement do not meet the requirements of traffic safety and traffic color;for the guardrails,the connection between the guardrails of the mainland section and the Hong Kong section has not undergone transition treatment,and there is a traffic operation risk.Comparisons and analysis are carried out,and the countermeasures are proposed in order to provide reference for more reasonable design of traffic safety facilities in China.
