摘 要:轻骨料混凝土密度小,可减小结构自重,降低桥梁恒载,能有效解决桥梁改扩建工程中新旧桥高程不一致的问题。针对轻骨料混凝土和易性差、泵送性差、强度低,轻骨料易上浮等问题,采用高强陶粒及空心玻璃微珠,研发出工作性能、力学性能及泵送性均良好的LC50轻质高强混凝土,并基于试验提出轻质高强混凝土材料设计的基本方法。通过LC50轻质高强混凝土在邳苍分洪道特大桥中的成功应用,对轻骨料混凝土在桥面铺装中的施工技术及工艺要点进行总结,为轻骨料混凝土在桥梁改扩建工程中的应用提供参考。The low density of lightweight aggregate concrete can reduce the dead load of the bridge,and effectively solve the problem of inconsistency in the elevation of the old and new bridges in reconstruction and expansion of bridges.In the paper,in view of the problems of the lightweight aggregate concrete such as poor workability,poor pumpability,low strength of and easy floating of lightweight aggregate in concrete,high strength ceramsite and fly ash cenosphere are used to develop and prepare the LC50 lightweight high-strength concrete which is featured with good workability,mechanical and pumping performance.And based on the experiment,the basic design method of lightweight high-strength concrete is proposed.Through the successful application of LC50 lightweight high-strength concrete in Picang Floodway Bridge,the construction technology and the main points of processing the lightweight aggregate concrete in deck pavement are concluded,which provides reference for the application of lightweight aggregate concrete in reconstruction and expansion of bridge projects.
