摘  要:目的观察某强化过氧化氢消毒液在低温下的杀菌效果,为低温冷链物品消毒提供参考。方法采用载体浸泡定量杀菌试验和模拟现场消毒试验方法,对某强化过氧化氢消毒液低温下杀菌效果进行观察。结果浓度为10 g/L的该强化过氧化氢消毒液在20℃条件下作用1 min以及-18℃条件下作用10 min,对载体上大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均≥3.0。在-18℃条件下作用2.0 min,对载体上白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均>3.0。染菌布片置于-18℃冷库中,采用该强化过氧化氢消毒液喷雾法喷雾后作用10 min和2.0 min,对冷库中布放的载体上细菌繁殖体和白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均≥3.0。结论与常温条件下相比,该消毒液低温条件下对细菌(原核细胞)有效杀灭的作用剂量高于白色念珠菌(真核细胞),实际使用中应引起重视。Objective To observe germicidal effect of an intensive hydrogen peroxide at low temperature,and to provide reference for low temperature of cdd-chain disinfection.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and simulated field test were used to observe the germicidal effect of the disinfectant at low-temperature.Results The killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the carriers by 10 g/L hydrogen peroxide for 1 min under room temperature(20℃) and 10 min under low temperature(-18℃) were all above 3.00.The killing logarithm value of Candida albicans was above 3.00 with 10 g/L hydrogen peroxide for 2 min at-18℃.When the carriers were put in cold storage and were sprayed by the disinfectant,that action time for the disinfectant to achieve the killing logarithmic value≥ 3.0 was 10 min for vegetative forms of bacteria and 2.0 min for Candida albicans.Conclusion ompared with normal temperature, the effective killing dose of the disinfectant on bacteria(prokaryotic cells) at low temperature is higher than that on Candida albicans(eukaryotic cells), which should be paid attention to in practical use.
