摘  要:目的研究某单过硫酸氢钾复合盐在低温下的消毒效果,为低温条件下冷链物品消毒提供科学依据。方法采用载体浸泡定量杀菌试验方法,对某单过硫酸氢钾复合盐在低温下的消毒效果进行观察。结果常温(20℃)条件下,以500倍和300倍稀释的单过硫酸氢钾复合盐消毒液作用7.5 min,对载体上的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。低温(-18℃)条件下,以500倍和300倍稀释的含防冻剂单过硫酸氢钾复合盐消毒液作用7.5 min和15 min,对载体上大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值分别为>5.00和>3.00。在-18℃条件下,以300倍稀释的含防冻剂单过硫酸氢钾复合盐消毒液擦拭消毒作用15 min,对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.0。结论单过硫酸氢钾复合盐以乙二醇为防冻剂在低温下具有良好的杀菌效果。Objective To study the disinfection effect of a potassium monopersulfate compound at low temperature,and to provide a scientific basis for low temperature cold chain-food disinfection.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was adopted to observe the disinfection effect of a potassium monopersulfate compound at low temperature.Results The killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the carrier by potassium monopersulfate compound disinfectant 500 fold diluents and 300 fold diluents for 7.5 min were all above 5.0 under room temperature(20℃).While under low temperature(-18℃),the killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the carrier by potassium monopersulfate compound disinfectant with antifreeze 500 fold diluents for 7.5 min and 300 fold diluents for 15 min were above 5.0 and above 3.0 respectively.And under low temperature(-18℃),the killing logarithm value of natural bacterial was above 1.0 by wiping surface with potassium monopersulfate compound disinfectant with antifreezer 300 fold diluents for 15 min.Conclusion Potassium monopersulfate compound disinfectant with glycol as antifreezer has good disinfection effect at low temperature.
