摘　　要：目的了解一种无醇免洗手消毒液的消毒相关性能,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验和理化分析方法,对某无醇手消毒液的消毒相关性能进行实验室观察。结果该手消毒液为含3 610 mg/L双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵和3 870 mg/L过氧化氢组成复合无醇消毒液。以该消毒剂原液作用0.5 min对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00,对悬液内白色念珠菌和脊髓灰质炎病毒的杀灭对数值均>4.00。该消毒剂密封包装经37℃储存90 d,其有效成分含量下降率均<10%。该手消毒液原液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性,对白色家兔的皮肤刺激试验均属无刺激性。结论该免洗手消毒剂对细菌繁殖体、真菌和病毒均具有快速杀灭效果,属实际无毒级物质。Objective To understand the disinfection-related performance of a alcohol-free hand disinfectant,so as to provide a scientific basis for the application.Methods Use suspension quantitative germicidal test, chemical test methods to observe the performance of the disinfectant in the laboratory.Results The main active ingredient of the compound alcohol-free disinfectant was a liquid preparation composed of 3 610 mg/L dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and 3 870 mg/L hydrogen peroxide.The killing logarithmic values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the suspension were all above 5.00 in 0.5 min.The killing logarithmic values of Candida albicans in the suspension for 0.5 min was above 4.00.The disinfectant sealed package was stored at 37℃ for 90 days,and the reduction rates of its effective ingredient content were all less than 10%.The LD50 value of the hand disinfectant stock solution in the acute oral toxicity test of mice was >5 000 mg/(kg·bw).The result of micronucleus test for mouse bone marrow polychromatic red blood cells was negative.The skin irritation test on white rabbits was non-irritating.Conclusion The disinfectant stock solution has a rapid killing effect on vegetative forma of bacteria virus and fungi with non-toxic and non-irritating performance.
