摘  要:目的观察全膝关节置换器械清洗方法改进后对器械整体清洁度的影响和残留骨水泥的去除效果。方法以2019年3-10月的全膝关节置换术器械包中的器械作为研究对象,改进前为对照组,改进后为试验组,对比流程改进前后对照组和试验组的清洗质量。结果改进前和改进后回收后器械上骨水泥残留率分别为11.20%和3.94%,目测清洗合格率分别为93.4%和97.0%,ATP荧光监测合格率分别为87.7%和94.4%,因骨水泥残留而导致的返洗率分别为31.30%和7.32%,差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程改进后器械清洗质量有明显的提高。Objective To observe the effect on cleanliness and residual bone cement removal after total knee arthroplasty(TKA) devices cleaning method improvement.Methods The devices in TKA pack from March to October 2019 were studied.the pre-improvement was for the control group and the improved was for the test group.The cleaning quality before and after the improvement was compared.Results The residual rate of bone cement on the devices before and after the improvement was 11.20% and 3.94%,while the pass rate of visual inspection was 93.4% and 97.0%.AFnd the pass rate of ATP fluorescence monitoring was 87.7% and 94.4%,while the proportions of re-washing caused by bone cement residue were 31.30% and 7.32%.The difference were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cleaning quality of the devices has been significantly improved after the process improvement.
