摘  要:采用聚苯乙烯(PS)与TiO_(2)制备PS/TiO_(2)复合材料,将复合材料掺入混凝土中制备具有较好保温性能的塑料混凝土,研究不同TiO_(2)含量对塑料混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:PTC-2具有最佳的保温性能,热导率为0.7 W/(m·K),低于标准对比件1.7 W/(m·K)。此外,随着TiO_(2)含量的增加,塑料混凝土的抗压强度逐渐升高,弯曲强度以及劈裂抗拉强度均发生下降,其中,PTC-2抗压强度、弯曲强度以及劈裂抗拉强度分别为46.13、4.50和3.60 MPa。PTC-2表现出较好的耐久性,经过一定的硫酸盐腐蚀后,质量损失率仅为3.82%,并且力学性能下降程度最小,表明制备的PTC-2塑料混凝土可以用于建筑保温混凝土材料。PS/TiO_(2) composites was prepared by using PS and TiO_(2), which was mixed into concrete to prepare plastic concrete with good thermal insulation performance. The effects of different TiO_(2) content on the mechanical properties of plastic concrete were studied. The results show that PTC-2 has the best thermal insulation performance, and the thermal conductivity of PTC-2 is 0.7 W/(m·K), which is lower than that of standard contrast parts(1.7 W/(m·K)). In addition, with the increase of TiO_(2), the compressive strength increased and the bending strength and splitting tensile strength of plastic concrete decreased. The compressive strength, bending strength and splitting tensile strength of PTC-2 are 46.13, 4.50 and3.60 MPa, respectively. PTC-2 shows good durability, after a certain amount of sulfate corrosion, the mass loss rate is only3.82%, and the decline of degree mechanical properties is minimal. The results indicate that the prepared PTC-2 plastic concrete can be used in building insulation concrete materials.
