摘  要:以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为改性材料,通过添加增容剂,采用双螺杆挤出机共混制备出PA66/HDPE复合材料。研究不同牌号的HDPE、不同含量的HDPE以及不同增容剂对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:HDPE能够改善PA66的韧性,使得复合材料的断裂伸长率和冲击强度得到提高。不同牌号的HDPE对复合材料的力学性能有一定影响,但差异性不明显。加入增容剂HDPE-g-MAH,复合材料的综合力学性能最优。HDPE能够有效降低PA66的吸水性,增加HDPE含量,复合材料的吸水率降低。PA66材料体系属于假塑性流体,黏度随着剪切速率增加而降低;HDPE和增容剂的加入,能够有效提高复合材料的黏度。基于实验结果,选取齐鲁石化HDPE,添加比例为30%,增容剂采用HDPE-g-MAH时,复合材料的综合性能最优。High-density polyethylene(HDPE) was used as the modified material, and the PA66/HDPE composites was prepared by blending with a twin-screw extruder by adding a compatibilizer. The effects of different grades of HDPE,different content of HDPE and different compatibilizers on the properties of composites. The results show that HDPE can improve the toughness of PA66, so that the elongation at break and impact strength of the composites are improved.Different grades of HDPE have a certain influence on the mechanical properties of composites, but the difference is not obvious. Adding the compatibilizer HDPE-g-MAH, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the composites is the best. HDPE can effectively reduce the water absorption of PA66, increase the content of HDPE, the water absorption of composites. The PA66 material system is a pseudoplastic fluid, and its viscosity decreases as the shear rate increases;the addition of HDPE and compatibilizer can effectively increase the viscosity of the composites. Based on the experimental results, Qilu Petrochemical HDPE is selected, when the addition ratio is 30%, the compatibilizer is HDPE-g-MAH, the overall performance of the composites is the best.
