摘  要:采用动态硫化法制备聚丙烯/硅橡胶(PP/SR)复合材料,分析过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的用量对复合材料加工性能的影响,并进一步研究PP/SR用量比对复合材料缺口冲击强度、热性能及耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:DCP用量的增多使复合材料的熔体流动速率降低。当DCP用量为1.2份时,压缩永久变形达到最低值为34.3%,可以获得具有较高的缺口冲击强度及较好加工性能的PP/SR材料。且SR用量越大,热分解温度越高,材料的热稳定性逐渐提高。PP与SR不能完全相容,加入过多的SR,对复合材料的耐老化性能具有不利影响。最终确定质量比为80∶20的PP/SR复合材料作为公路排水管用高抗冲聚丙烯用料。Polypropylene/silicone rubber(PP/SR) composites were prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The effects of DCP content on the processability of the composites were analyzed. The effects of PP/SR ratio on notched impact strength,thermal properties and aging resistance of the composites were further studied. The results show that the melt flow rate decreases with the increase of DCP content. When the DCP content is 1.2 phr, the minimum compression permanent deformation is 34.3%. PP/SR material with high notched impact strength and good processability can be obtained. The higher the amount of SR, causes the higher the decomposition temperature, and the higher the thermal stability of the material. PP and SR can not be completely compatible, and adding too much SR will have adverse effects on the aging resistance of the composites. Finally, the composite with PP/SR mass ratio of 80∶20 is determined as high impact polypropylene material for highway drainage pipe.
