摘  要:分析磁电式振动传感器的结构,根据使用工况,选择合适的加工材料。基于模流分析技术,设计模具的浇注系统及冷却系统,并对注塑成型进行模拟分析。结果表明:所选择的塑件材料、成型工艺参数、浇注系统和冷却系统能够满足成型要求。利用计算机辅助技术,在Creo三维建模软件中对模具的分型面和模具结构进行设计,介绍模具工作过程,为其他类似模具的设计提供参考。The structure of the magneto-electric vibration sensor was analyzed, and suitable processing materials were selected according to the working conditions. Based on the mold flow analysis technology, the mold gating system and cooling system were designed, and the injection molding was simulated and analyzed. The results show that the selected plastic material, molding process parameters, gating system and cooling system can meet the molding requirements. Using computer-aided technology, the parting surface and mold structure of the mold were designed by the Creo 3D modeling software, and the mold working process was introduced, which provided a reference for the design of other similar molds.
