系统集成化高品质装配式建筑——以亚洲金融大厦暨亚洲基础设施投资银行总部装配式建筑体系为例

摘　　要：系统集成化的新型装配式建筑体系具有系统集成化设计、产业数字化加工、现场装配化施工、智慧信息化运维四大技术特征,基于系统集成基础上的数字化设计,引入先进制造的数字化加工方法,形成一条建筑行业融合前沿领域创新发展成果,实现产业升级,保持建筑全寿命周期高效率建造、高品质使用,低能材消耗、低碳污排放的技术路径。亚洲金融大厦设计根据项目对功能、品质、完成度等方面的高标准要求,采用了系统集成化的装配式建筑策略,通过全寿命周期BIM数字化设计的应用,同步对接工厂加工,装配式施工、智慧化运维,实现了项目的高品质建设和高效率运维管理,是系统集成化装配式建筑体系的创新应用。The system integration of the new prefabricated building system has four technical characteristics: system integration design, industrial digital processing, on-site assembly construction, intelligent information operation and maintenance, based on the digital design based on system integration, the introduction of advanced manufacturing digital processing methods, forming a construction industry integration of frontier areas of innovation and development achievements, industrial upgrading, to maintain the whole life cycle of the building high-efficiency construction, high quality use, low energy and material consumption, low carbon emissions. The design of the Asian Financial Centre and AIIB Headquarters is based on the functional requirements of the project. The design adopts a systematically integrated prefabricated building strategy based on the project’s high standards of functionality, quality and finish, and through the application of life-cycle BIM digital design, synchronised factory processing, assembly construction and intelligent operation and maintenance, the project achieves high-quality construction and high-efficiency operation and maintenance management, which is an innovative application of the systematically integrated prefabricated building system.
