高校党建与就业资助工作融合路径研究

摘　　要：就业是衡量脱贫的重要指标,促就业更是最直接最有效的脱贫方式,因此高校学生资助工作必须重视贫困生就业问题。高校应在就业资助工作中充分发挥校、院、支部三级党组织的坚强引领作用,积极探索党建与就业资助工作间的内在联系,着力推动两者之间的融合发展,用足、用活、用实党建资源和就业帮扶政策,用“党建一根针穿起就业扶贫千条线”,千方百计确保贫困生顺利就业,阻断贫困代际传递链。Employment is an important indicator to measure poverty alleviation,and promotion of employment is the most direct and effective way to alleviate poverty.Therefore,university students’funding work must be based on the highlight of the employment of poverty students.A university should give full play to the strong leading role of the three-level party organization of the university,school,and branch in employment assistance work,actively explore the internal connection between party building and employment assistance work,and strive to promote the integrated development between the two,and make full,active and thorough use of party building resources and employment assistance policies,and apply“a needle in party building to pierce through the thousand lines of employment and poverty alleviation’,and do everything possible to ensure smooth employment of poverty students and block the intergenerational transmission chain of poverty.
