摘  要:以提高紫苏产种量为目的,研究施肥对紫苏生长与产种量的影响。设置氮肥、磷肥和钾肥的三因素四水平小区试验,在紫苏收获后取样进行测定分析。结果表明,紫苏的单株产种量与分枝上的花序数呈高度正相关,而产种量不同的单株的主茎花序数相差不大。在磷肥和钾肥用量相同的情况下,随着氮肥用量的增加,紫苏的产种量逐步增加。施用磷肥和钾肥也可增加紫苏的产种量。当地紫苏种植的推荐氮肥用量(N)为15~20 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),磷肥用量(P2O5)为5~7.5 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),钾肥用量(K2O)为5~10 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1)。不施肥处理追施氮肥后有增产效果;施肥处理追施氮肥后,增产不明显。With the purpose of increasing the seed yield of Perilla frutescens,the effect of fertilization on the growth and seed yield of P.frutescens is studied.Three-factor four-level plot of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers are set up,and the samples are collected after P.frutescens harvest.The results show that the seed yield per plant of P.frutescens had a highly positively correlation with the number of inflorescences on the branch,while the number of inflorescences of the main stem is not much different among individual plants with different seed yield.In the case of the same amount of phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer,with the increase of the amount of nitrogen fertilizer,the seed yield of P.frutescens gradually increase.The application of phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizers can also increase the seed yield of P.frutescens.The recommended nitrogen fertilizer amount(N)for local P.frutescens planting is 15~20 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),phosphorus fertilizer amount(P2O5)is 5~7.5 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1),and potash fertilizer amount(K2O)is 5~10 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1).The non-fertilization treatment has the effect of increasing seed yield after applying nitrogen fertilizer,but the effect is not obvious in the fertilization treatment.
