摘 要:环烯醚萜作为一类重要有效成分,存在多种中草药中,具有抗肿瘤,抗炎,降糖等多种药理活性。环烯醚萜类化合物结构不同,则其生物活性和作用机制也不尽相同,目前国内外对环烯醚萜类化合物结构修饰及其构效关系归纳总结尚未见文献报道。因此对此类化合物结构及构效关系进行系统归纳总结,将对开发此类创新药物具有较高的研究意义。本文通过国内外广泛的文献调研,分析总结此类化合物的结构、活性、作用机制之间的关系,对此类化合物活性预测、结构优化将具有良好的促进作用,为今后开发具有更高活性的新型环烯醚萜类药物提供研究基础。Iridoids,important active ingredient,are widely distributed in varieties of Chinese herbal medicines and have varieties of pharmacological activities,such as antitumor,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic and so on.It is generally recognized that the biological activity and mechanism of iridoids depended on their structures.At present,there is no reports on the summary of the structure modification and structure-activity relationship of iridoids,so it is very important and significant to summarize in details the structure and structure-activity relationship of iridoids for providing new ideas on the study of the structural activities of iridoids.In this review,the relationship between the chemical structure,biological activity,and the mechanism of iridoids by investigating literature research are analyzed and summarized in the world.It will be beneficial to the activity prediction and structure optimization of iridoids,and will provide a research basis for the new iridoid drugs with higher activity in the future.
