针对性护理模式在甲状腺手术后护理中的应用效果及对患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探究针对性护理模式在甲状腺手术后护理中的应用效果及对患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院的94例甲状腺手术后患者,根据数字随机法将其分为参照组和研究组,各47例。参照组开展常规护理,研究组开展针对性护理。比较两组患者的负性情绪、社会支持水平、自我效能感、疼痛程度、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,研究组患者的SAS、SDS、NRS评分低于参照组,SSRS、GSES评分高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度高于参照组,并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于甲状腺手术后患者中,有利于改善患者的负性情绪、疼痛程度,提高患者的自我效能感、社会支持水平及护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing model in nursing after thyroid surgery and its influence on patients'negative emotions.Methods A total of 94 patients after thyroid surgery in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into reference group and study group according to numerical randomization method,with 47 cases in each group.The reference group carried out routine nursing,while the study group carried out targeted nursing.The negative emotion,social support level,self-efficacy,pain degree,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and NRS in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,while the scores of SSRS and GSES were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing applied in patients after thyroid surgery is conducive to improving patients'negative emotion,pain degree,enhancing patients'self-efficacy,social support level and nursing satisfaction.
