摘　　要：目的分析医院冷藏药品管理中可能存在的问题,探索“断链”发生后冷藏药品能否继续使用。方法分析医院冷藏药品管理中“断链”可能发生的环节,即风险控制点;并建立冷藏药品管理体系,进行风险控制。根据相关文献和药品制造商提供的药品稳定性报告,对我院药品目录中需要冷藏药品的稳定性进行调研。结果共获得我院42种冷藏药品的稳定性数据,其中A组19种、B组8种、C组9种、D组5种、E组1种。建立冷藏药品“断链”事件标准操作流程:对于A组、B组、C组药品,建立警示标记;对于D组药品应进行评估,如果仅发生一次“断链”且暴露时间未超过最高时限则可以继续使用,否则将弃用;对于E组药品,直接弃用。结论冷藏药品“断链”事件标准操作流程可在“断链”发生后帮助药学人员更快地判断药品是否可用。Objective To analyze the possible problems in the management of refrigerated drugs in hospital,and to explore whether they can continue to be used after"chain breaking".Methods The possible link of"chain breaking"in the management of refrigerated drugs in hospital were analyzed,that is the risk control point.The management system of refrigerated drugs was established to control the risk of the above links.According to the relevant literature and drug stability reports provided by drug manufacturers,the drugs stability that need to be refrigerated in our hospital's drug catalog was investigated.Results The stability data of 42 refrigerated drugs were obtained,including 19 drugs in group A,8 drugs in group B,9 drugs in group C,5 drugs in group D and 1 drug in group E.Establishing the standard operation process of"chain breaking"event of refrigerated drugs:for group A,group B and group C drugs,warning signs were established.Group D drugs should be evaluated.If there is only one"chain breaking"and the exposure time does not exceed the maximum time limit,they can continue to be used,otherwise they will be discarded.For Group E drugs,they were discarded directly.Conclusion The standard operation process of"chain breaking"event of refrigerated drugs can help pharmaceutical personnel to judge whether drugs are available more quickly after"chain breaking".
