基于医院信息化管理系统的抗菌药物分级管理模式对医嘱管理质量及抗菌药物管理的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于医院信息化管理系统的抗菌药物分级管理模式对医嘱管理质量及抗菌药物管理的影响。方法选择2018年1月至12月收治的200例患者为实施前组,开展常规抗菌药物管理。选择2019年1月至12月收治的200例患者为实施后组,开展基于医院信息化管理系统的抗菌药物分级管理模式。比较两组的医嘱管理质量、抗菌药物使用及管理情况。结果实施后组的不合理医嘱率、无指征用药率、医嘱遗漏率均低于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组的住院用药率、预防用药率均低于实施前组,针对性用药率高于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组的抗菌药物种类选择合理率、用药时机合理率、溶媒剂量合理率、维持用药时间合理率、预防性使用合理率均高于实施前组(P<0.05)。结论基于医院信息化管理系统的抗菌药物分级管理模式有助于提高医嘱管理质量和抗菌药物管理效果,提高抗菌药物使用合理性,值得推广。Objective To explore the influences of antibacterial drug classification management mode based on hospital information management system on the quality of medical order management and antibacterial drug management.Methods A total of 200 patients admitted from January to December 2018 were selected as pre-implementation group to carry out routine antibacterial drug management.A total of 200 patients admitted from January to December in 2019 were selected as post-implementation group to carry out antibacterial drug classification management mode based on hospital information management system.The quality of medical order management,the use and management of antibacterial drugs were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of irrational medical orders,medication without indication and omission of medical orders in the post-implementation group were lower than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The hospitalization medication rate and preventive medication rate in the post-implementation group were lower than those in the pre-implementation group,while the targeted medication rate was higher than that in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The rational rates of type selection,drug timing,solvent dose,maintaining drug use time and preventive use of antibacterial drugs in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antibacterial drug classification management mode based on hospital information management system is helpful to improve the quality of medical order management and the effect of antibacterial drug management,and increase the rationality of antibacterial drug use,which is worthy of promotion.
