摘　　要：针对孟楼湿地治理的现状和困境,从多元治理的角度提出一个良性互动治理系统,结合国内外湿地治理经验,提出具体的治理对策,为湿地植物的保护和湿地产业的发展提供重要的科学依据。In view of the current situation and predicament of Menglou wetland management,the author proposed a benign interactive management system from the perspective of multiple governance.The development of China provides an important scientific basis.
