摘  要:为提高聚丙烯薄壁注塑料的加工性能,对不同复合助剂在聚丙烯薄壁注塑料中的应用进行了实验。分别采用DSC3500型差示扫描量热仪、CM-5型测色计、GT-7200-MIA型熔体流动速率测定仪等设备对不同复合助剂应用配方的结晶温度、结晶度、黄变指数、熔体流动速率、力学性能、雾度等指标进行表征。结果表明:含抗氧剂626和水滑石的复合助剂配方多次加工稳定性优异;含成核剂C的复合助剂配方结晶温度最高,可达到127.41℃;水滑石与成核剂有一定协同,可促进聚丙烯结晶,提高相应力学性能。In order to improve the properties and processing rate of polypropylene(PP)thin-wall injection plastics,the application of different compound additives in PP thin-wall injection plastics was studied.DSC3500 differential scanning calorimeter,CM-5 colorimeter and GT-7200-MIA melt flow rate meter were used to characterize the crystallization temperature,crystallinity,yellow finger,melt finger,mechanical properties and fog degree of different compound additives.The results show that the compound additive formula containing antioxidant 626 and hydrotalcite has excellent processing stability,the compound additive formula containing nucleating agent C has the highest crystallization temperature and can reach 127.41℃,hydrotalcite and nucleating agent have a certain synergy,it can promote the crystallization of polypropylene and improve the mechanical properties.
