复合型非酸催化剂生产TOTM工艺参数的研究

摘　　要：以酸值为指标设计正交试验表,研究了复合型非酸催化剂生产TOTM的主要工艺参数,为中试或生产做准备。试验表明,在220~225℃、醇/酐摩尔比3.9、催化剂占偏苯三酸酐质量分数为0.1%时,得到的反应结果最优,产品酸值为0.036 mg/g。The orthogonal test table was designed with acid values as the index.The main technological parameters of TOTM production with compound formulation of non-acid catalyst were studied.The test show that the optimal reaction result shall be obtained when the reaction temperature is 220~225℃,the molar ratio of alcohol to anhydride is 3.9,and the mass ratio of catalyst to anhydrid is 0.1%,the acid value of the product was 0.0.36 mg/g.
