摘　　要：通过对四种消毒液手消毒效果的统计、比较,找出适合无菌医疗器械生产企业使用的手消毒液。随机抽取A、B、C、D四组待试人员在相同环境中,按照相同的程序洗手后分别喷洒醋酸氯己定免洗手消毒液、0.2%的醋酸氯己定水溶液、75%乙醇、84消毒液各2 mL进行揉搓消毒,检测消毒效果并对检测结果进行统计、比较,观察、比较消毒液的刺激性。四种消毒液手消毒效果都可以达到标准要求。84消毒液对手刺激性大,气味刺鼻,手消毒依从性差。醋酸氯己定免洗手消毒液成本较高。0.2%醋酸氯己定水溶液和75%乙醇是较为合适的手消毒液,可以更好满足无菌医疗器械生产企业手消毒的要求。Through the statistics and comparison of the hand disinfection effect of four kinds of disinfectants,the suitable hand disinfectant for sterile medical device manufacturers was found out.The four groups of A,B,C,D to be tested were randomly selected in the same environment,after washing their hands in the same procedure,they were sprayed with chlorhexidine acetate disposable hand disinfection solution,0.2%chlorhexidine acetate aqueous solution,75%ethanol,84 disinfectant about 2 mL respectively,then to detect the disinfection effect and the testing results were counted and compared,and the irritation of the disinfectant was observed and compared.All the four kinds of disinfectants can meet the requirements.But the 84 disinfectant has strong irritation,pungent smell and poor hand disinfection compliance,and the cost of chlorhexidine acetate disposable hand disinfection solution is higher.The 0.2%chlorhexidine acetate aqueous solution and 75%ethanol are more suitable hand disinfectants,which can better meet the requirements of hand disinfection in the production enterprises of aseptic medical equipment.
