中韩FTA下我国对韩农产品出口的三元边际分析

摘　　要：中韩FTA签订后,双方对农产品贸易的敏感性仍然很高,探究我国对韩出口农产品贸易特征尤为重要。本文采用2011—2019年我国对韩出口农产品的HS-6位贸易数据,在按农产品属性分类的基础上,从扩展边际、价格边际、数量边际三个方面对中韩FTA下我国对韩农产品出口状况进行了测算,发现我国对韩国农产品出口的种类丰富,出口价格有所增长但质量并未明显提升,且农产品市场份额主要由价格边际带动。基于此提出相关建议,以期进一步推动我国农产品出口结构的优化,促进中韩农产品贸易的发展。After the signing of the China-South Korea FTA,the sensitivity of both sides to agricultural product trade is still very high.Therefore,it’s particularly important to explore the characteristics of China’s export trade of agricultural product to South Korea.Using the HS-6-digit trade data of China’s agricultural product exported to South Korea from 2011 to 2019,the paper calculates China’s agricultural products exported to South Korea under the China-South Korea FTA from three aspects of expansion margin,price margin and quantity margin on the basis of attributive classification of agricultural products.It finds that China’s agricultural products exported to South Korea are rich in types;the export price goes up a little but the quality doesn’t significantly improve;and the market share of agricultural products is mainly driven by the price margin.Based on this,relevant suggestions are put forward to further promote the optimization of China’s agricultural product export structure and push the development of China-South Korea agricultural product trade.
