摘 要:以蓖麻油为主要原料,利用胺类化合物对蓖麻油进行亲水改性,引入酰胺基团,制备了吸附性强、耐高温的水基钻井液用环保型润滑剂BM-1。综合性能评价表明:BM-1润滑性能优异,添加量2%可使基浆润滑系数降低率达86.3%,泥饼黏附系数降低率达70.2%,润滑持续效果显著。BM-1生物降解性>25%,易降解,且生物毒性EC50值为67400 mg/L。BM-1与各类水基钻井液配伍性良好,可大大降低润滑系数及泥饼黏附系数,对体系流变性基本无影响,同时一定程度上降低失水量。微观分析表明,该润滑剂不仅可以显著提高钻井液的抗磨性,还可以改善泥饼中固相颗粒的形态,提高其球形度,在泥饼表面形成“滚珠轴承”效应,从而有效降摩减阻。BM-1,an environment-friendly lubricant for water-based drilling fluids with strong adsorption and high temperature resistance,was prepared by using green non-grain vegetable oil-castor oil as the main raw material and modification with amines to introduce amide groups.The comprehensive performance evaluation shows that BM-1 has excellent lubrication performance.The results show that the decrease rate of base slurry lubrication coefficient and mud cake adhesion coefficient is 86.3%and 70.2%respectively when the dosage is 2%,and the continuous lubrication effect is remarkable.BM-1 is easy to degrade with a biodegradability of>25%,and biotoxicity EC50 value of 67400 mg/L,which is an environmentally friendly lubricant.It has good compatibility with all kinds of water-based drilling fluids,which can greatly reduce the lubrication coefficient and mud cake adhesion coefficient,basically have no influence on the system rheology,and at the same time can reduce the water loss to a certain extent.Microscopic analyses show that the new lubricant can not only improve the wear resistance of drilling fluid,but also improve the shape and the sphericity of solid particles to form a“ball bearing”effect on the surface of the mud cake,thus effectively reducing friction and drag.
