致密砂岩气藏一体化压裂液体系研究及应用

摘　　要：以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,通过反相乳液聚合反应制备了一种既可作为滑溜水降阻剂,又可作为胶液稠化剂的乳液型稠化剂DNFS-1。结合大牛地气田储层特征及现场水质特点,优化得到了一种稠化剂,并进行了现场应用。结果表明,DNFS-1在清水中具有较好的溶解性、降阻性和增黏性能;0.1%DNFS-1的滑溜水降阻率达到75.6%,降阻效果较好;0.5%DNFS-1胶液体系耐温抗剪切能力较好,在90℃、170 s^(-1)下剪切2 h的黏度为52 mPa·s;胶液破胶性能良好,滑溜水和胶液对岩心伤害率小于10%。该体系通过调整乳液稠化剂DNFS-1浓度实现了滑溜水和胶液一体化即时切换,满足大规模混合水压裂在线混配的要求,简化了配液工序,提高了作业效率和经济效益。In order to solve the problems such as complicated preparation process of fracturing fluid water mixture,large space occupied by the tanks,and the failure to realize the integrated online mixing of slick water and glue liquid system in Daniudi gas field,an emulsion thickener DNFS-1 was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization using acrylamide and acrylic acid as monomers,ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator.Not only can it be used as a friction reducer for slick water,but also a thickener for glue liquid.Combined with the characteristics of reservoir and field water quality of Daniudi gas field,an integrated fracturing fluid system with multiple functions of thickener was optimized.The resistance reduction,temperature resistance,shear resistance,gel breaking and core damage of this integrated fracturing fluid system were evaluated,and the field application was also carried out.The results show that DNFS-1 has good solubility,resistance reduction and viscosity increasing properties in clean water.The resistance reduction rate of 0.1%DNFS-1 slickwater is 75.6%;The 0.5%DNFS-1 glue system has good temperature resistance and shear resistance,the viscosity of DNFS-1 glue system is 52 mPa·s after 170 s^(-1) shearing for 2 h at 90℃.The gel breaking performance of the gel fluid is good,and the damage rate of slick water and glue liquid to the core is less than 10%.By adjusting the concentration of emulsion thickener DNFS-1,the system can be instantly switched between the slippery water and glue solution to meet the requirements of on-line mixing of large-scale mixed water fracturing,which significantly simplify the process of liquid distribution,improve the efficiency of operation,and achieve remarkable economic benefit and production efficiency.
