摘  要:为避免有机胺模板剂带来的环境污染,以溴化N-丁基-N-甲基哌啶(PP_(1,4)Br)和溴化N-十二烷基-N-甲基哌啶(PP_(1,12)Br)离子液体为复合模板剂,硅溶胶为硅源,偏铝酸钠为铝源,采用水热合成法制备了ZSM-11分子筛,考察了分子筛的结构、酸性以及在苯与甲醇烷基化反应中的催化性能。结果表明:PP_(1,4)Br/PP_(1,12)Br复合模板剂可在微孔ZSM-11中引入中孔和大孔结构;模板剂总量不变,n(PP_(1,4)Br)∶n(PP_(1,12)Br)=6∶1时,苯的转化率可达67%,比现有报道高近10%;本催化体系中,由于较多大孔的引入,使副产物乙苯的选择性达4%左右,增加了产物分离难度,降低了经济性。In order to avoid environmental pollution caused by organic amine templates,ZSM-11 molecular sieves were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with N-butyl-N-methylpiperidine bromide(PP_(1,4)Br)and N-dodecyl-N-methylpiperidine bromide(PP1,12Br)ionic liquid as composite templates,silica sol as silicon source and sodium aluminate as aluminum source.The structure,acidity and catalytic performance of zeolites in alkylation of benzene with methanol were investigated.The results show that PP_(1,4)Br/PP1,12Br composite template can introduce mesoporous and macroporous structures into microporous ZSM-11.When the totala mount of template is constant and n(PP_(1,4)Br)∶n(PP1,12Br)=6∶1,the conversion of benzene in the alkylation of benzene with methanol can reach 67%,which is nearly10 percentage points higher than the existing reports.In this catalytic system,the selectivity of ethylbenzene is about 4%due to the increase of more macropores,which increases the difficulty of product separation and reduces the economy.
