摘 要:采用腐蚀失重法评价了咪唑啉在1 mol/L盐酸中对20#碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,缓蚀率随着缓蚀剂质量浓度的增加而增加。当缓蚀剂质量浓度达到60 mg/L时,缓蚀率随着咪唑啉的质量浓度增加变化不明显,其最大缓蚀率为97.5%。咪唑啉在20#碳钢的表面吸附是一个自发的放热过程,吸附过程符合朗格缪尔等温吸附,其吸附吉布斯自由能变化在-40~-20 kJ/mol,表明咪唑啉缓蚀剂在20#碳钢表面的吸附过程同时存在化学吸附和物理吸附。Imidazoline was investigated as a 20#carbon steel inhibiter in 1 mol/L HCl solution through weight loss measurement.The results show that the corrosion inhibition efficiency increases with the increase of the mass concentration of imidazoline,when the dosage reaches 60 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency does not change significantly with increasing concentration,and the maximum corrosion inhibition rate is 97.5%.The adsorption process of imidazoline on the surface of the 20#carbon steel is exothermic and spontaneous,which obeys a Langmuir adsorption isotherm with a Gibbs free energy change of adsorption between-40 kJ/mol and-20 kJ/mol.This reveales that the adsorption mechanism of imidazoline on the 20#carbon steel surface is a combination of chemical and physical adsorption.
