竹鼠体内马尔尼菲篮状菌的分离鉴定及小鼠致病力试验

摘  要:为探讨人类马尔尼菲篮状菌病与竹鼠之间的流行病学关系,2020年作者收集了广西壮族自治区11个地区的21只竹鼠进行真菌学研究。体内分离出马尔尼菲篮状菌的有20只竹鼠,个体阳性率达95.238%,地区阳性率高达100%。将4株分离菌1个麦氏单位的菌悬液注射于小白鼠腹腔,7 d后4只小白鼠全部死亡。结论:马尔尼菲篮状菌的自然宿主可能是竹鼠。马尔尼菲篮状菌进入竹鼠体内的主要途径是呼吸系统,其次是消化系统。网状内皮系统是马尔尼菲篮状菌进入竹鼠体内后主要受侵犯的脏器组织之一。To investigate the epidemiological relationship between bamboo rats and Talaromyces marneffei's bacitracillosis,21 bamboo rats were collected from 11 areas of Guangxizhuang autonomous region in 2020.Talaromyces marneffei was isolated from 20 bamboo rats,with the individual positive rate of 95.238%and the regional positive rate of 100%.The bacterial suspension of 4 strains of 1 McKenzie unit was injected into the abdominal cavity of mice,and all 4 mice died after 7 days.Conclusion:Bamboo rat may be the natural host of Talaromyces marneffei.The main pathway of Talaromyces marneffei entering bamboo rat is respiratory system,followed by digestive system.The reticuloendothelial system is one of the main organs and tissues that are invaded by Talaromyces marneffei after entering the body of bamboo rats.
