摘 要:为了解决恒大煤矿2151综采工作面地质条件复杂易发生火灾,给井下综采安全带来严重隐患的问题,提出了以注浆防火、注氮防火和均压防火为核心的技术方案。对该煤矿井下防火技术方案在恒大煤矿的实际应用情况进行了分析。实际应用结果表明,该防火技术方案能将井下煤层的自燃率降低98%以上,目前已在恒大煤矿得到了广泛应用。In order to solve the current situation that the geological conditions of 2151 fully mechanized mining face in Hengda Coal Mine are complex and prone to fire,which brings serious hidden danger to the safety of underground fully mechanized mining,the technical scheme centered on grouting fire prevention,nitrogen injection fire prevention and pressure equalizing fire prevention were proposed.This paper analyzed the practical application of the underground fire prevention technology scheme in Hengda Coal Mine.The practical application results showed that the fire prevention technology scheme could reduce the spontaneous combustion rate of coal seam by more than 98%,which had been widely used in Hengda Coal Mine.
