广州地区回弹法检测高强混凝土强度测强曲线试验研究

摘　　要：以通过采用广州地区工程应用中较常用的混凝土原材料以及配制工艺,配置试验对比所需不同强度等级和养护龄期的高强混凝土试件,并采用回弹仪和压力机检测试件混凝土的回弹值与抗压强度实测值,将所测回弹值进行公式换算得到抗压强度换算值,对数据结果进行拟合以及绘制散点图对比。结果表明:4.5J高强回弹仪对应全国测强曲线公式f_(cu,i)^(c)=-7.83+0.75 R+0.0079R^(2)可以应用于本试验并确保在广州地区的可靠适用性。该研究可作为建立广东地区高强混凝土测强曲线的基础依据。Through the use of the more commonly used concrete raw materials and preparation techniques in engineering applications in Guangzhou,high-strength concrete specimens with different strength grades and curing ages are configured for the test and comparison,and the rebound value of the specimen concrete is tested by a rebound tester and a press with the actual measured value of compressive strength,the measured rebound value is converted by formula to obtain the converted value of compressive strength,the data result is fitted and the scatter diagram is drawn for comparison.The results show that the formula f_(cu,i)^(c)=-7.83+0.75 R+0.0079R^(2) of the national strength test curve corresponding to the 4.5J high-strength rebound hammer can be applied to this test and ensure its reliable applicability in Guangzhou.This research can be used to establish the basic basis for the strength measurement curve of high-strength concrete in Guangdong.
