摘  要:根据实际项目介绍受基坑开挖影响的既有混凝土框架住宅安全性检测与鉴定的工程项目,通过对上部结构不均匀沉降裂缝分布、住宅整体垂直度偏差、结构构件损伤、实际荷载分布进行检测及承载力验算等,并结合基坑变形与施工期间住宅沉降观测资料进行分析,对该住宅的结构安全性等级进行评级,为类似项目的检测鉴定提供某些建议,可为同类型项目提供参考。The objective of this article is to introduce an example for inspection and appraisal of safety of an existing concrete frame residential building affected by excavation pit.Based on the testing of the distributor of differential settlement cracks,the vertical deviation of the building,damage of structural member,the distributor of the actual load and the computation for the bearing capacity of the whole existing concrete frame residential building,then analyzed the level of the safety of the structure with the datum for deformation of foundation pit and settlement of residential building during construction,and some suggestions for the inspection and appraisal of safety for the similar project was also proposed.
