摘　　要：高斌,一位深受中国共产党革命思想影响而成长起来的工运领袖,通过档案史料可以再现他在短短30年的生命中,如何完成从一位普通工人到工运领袖,再到二七革命烈士的身份转换过程。革命烈士素材的深入挖掘,是对党史学习教育的贯彻执行,也是档案史料在党史学习教育中的角色担当。Gao Bin,a leader of the Labor movement who grew up under the influence of the revolutionary ideology of the Chinese Communist Party,used archival materials to reconstruct how he went from an ordinary worker to a Labor leader in 30 years,then to the Erqi revolutionary martyrs of the identity of the conversion process.The thorough excavation of revolutionary martyrs'materials is not only the implementation of the party history study education,but also the role of archival historical materials in the party history study education.
