摘　　要：中国共产党成立百年来,中央档案工作机构主要经历了三个阶段的变迁:1921—1926年为孕育阶段,中央局最初由宣传主任兼理档案,之后设立秘书管理档案;1926—1959年为正式产生阶段,中央秘书处先后设置了文书科、文件保管科与材料科等科室,档案工作机构日益走向专业化;1959年至今为不断完善阶段,中央档案馆(国家档案局)历经多次机构改革,已经发展成为集中统一管理党政档案的专门机构。中央档案工作机构的百年变迁,体现了党对档案工作的高度重视,也映射了党领导下档案工作筚路蓝缕的发展轨迹。In the nearly 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the central archives work organization has undergone three major changes:1921-1926 was the incubation stage.The Central Bureau was initially composed of the propaganda director to manage the archives and then set up a secretary to manage the archives;1926-1959 was formally produced At this stage,the Central Secretariat has successively set up departments such as the clerical section,the document storage section and the materials section,and the archives work organization has become increasingly professional;1959 has been a stage of continuous improvement,and the Central Archives(National Archives Administration)has undergone many institutional reforms.It has developed into a specialized agency for centralized and unified management of party and government archives.The centuries of changes in the central archives work organization reflect the party’s great emphasis on archival work,and it also mirrors the path of development of archival work under the leadership of the party.
