摘　　要：档案因其自身产生于社会规制实践而具有反作用于社会规制活动的功能。而具体到档案作用于社会规制的实现机理,主要是:体现权力作用下的社会规制;体现工具式的社会规制;体现对社会时空的规制。厘清档案社会规制功能的实现机理,可以科学地引导其助力社会善治。Archives have the function of counteracting social regulation while they are produced in the practice of social regulation.Specific to the role of Archives in social regulation,it is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:Archives reflect the social regulation under the influence of power,a kind of instrumental social regulation,and the regulation of social time and space.Clarifying the presentation mode of social regulation of Archives can scientifically guide it to help the good governance of society.
