摘　　要：新基建促使传统基建转型升级的同时,数字新型基建迅速发展,而数据成为新基建的重要特征。建设项目档案资源是新基建的重要数据,立足我国新基建实践,着眼并探索新基建时代国家建设项目档案治理体系、建设项目档案数据生产要素价值以及建设项目档案工作数据化转型,对践行档案学理论创新,重构学科体系,进而从学术自觉到学术自信,实现学术自强具有重要意义。While new infrastructure promotes the transformation and upgrading of traditional infrastructure,new digital infrastructure develops rapidly,and data becomes an important feature of new infrastructure.The Archives resources of construction project are an important data of the new infrastructure,based on the new construction practice in our country,looking at and explore new infrastructure era national Archives management system of construction project,construction project file data value of factors of production as well as the transformation of the digital Archives construction projects,the practice of archival science theory innovation,refactoring subject system,and then from academic consciousness to confidence,It is of great significance to realize academic self-improvement.
