摘　　要：在"新基建"如火如荼进行的背景下,各行各业都面临着"新基建"的信息数字化转型升级,档案馆也开始从以资源数字化为主导的数字档案馆向新型信息技术支撑的智慧档案馆发展。本文探讨了"新基建"给档案馆信息化建设带来了新的发展机遇。In the context of the‘New infrastructure'in full swing,all walks of life are facing the‘new infrastructure'information digital transformation and upgrading,and Archives have also begun to shift from a digital archive led by resource digitization to a smart archive supported by new information technology.development of.This article discusses that the'new infrastructure'has brought new development opportunities to the informatization construction of Archives.
